Discover Our Journey
Welcome to Louie Mae—where purpose meets creativity, and every piece tells a story.
What started in a humble garage has grown into a deeply personal brand rooted in faith, craftsmanship, and calling. Our name carries more than charm—it carries meaning.

The Heart Behind the Name
L.O.U.I.E. is more than a name—it’s a mission:
L.oving the life God has given me
O.vercoming challenges with grace
U.niting faith, family, and purpose
I.nvesting in what truly matters
E.mbracing grace and growth
And M.A.E.? That’s me—Monica Alexandra Estimon.
“Mae” became a sweet signature long before the brand was born. My husband, Denis, once wrote me an album titled Sweet Mae, filled with songs he wrote and sang to me throughout our Journey.
That nickname stayed tucked in my heart, and when we began dreaming up this business, Louie Mae naturally came to life— born from faith, love, and creativity.
From Garage Sparks to Boutique Dreams
Louie Mae didn’t begin as a business—it began as a passion.
As a young single mom, I rediscovered myself in the most unexpected place: my parents’ garage. It was there that my uncle first introduced me to artisan craftsmanship.
There, among tools and scraps, I discovered artistry. He taught me metalsmithing, resin work, wire wrapping, and the deep soul of handmade design. I launched my first small brand, The Garden on Earth, out of that space, simply because I HAD to create.
Life shifted quickly, and eventually, I moved to Texas to live near that same uncle and immerse myself even deeper. I was welcomed into a creative community of makers and small business owners who breathed life into dreams and inspired me to dream even bigger.
Then came my first job at a local boutique, Cobblestone Cottage. I fell in love with curated spaces. The curated home decor, artisan pieces, boutique clothing— I was captivated.
When I moved on to work at Ashley Homestore, I discovered my love for interiors. I still remember the quiet, crisp mornings walking through styled showrooms, letting each thoughtfully arranged space stir something in my spirit. Every room styled with purpose, every space crafted to feel like home.
It wasn’t just decor—it was storytelling. And it shaped my vision.
A New Chapter: Love, & Legacy
Two years later, I met my husband, Denis Estimon. I was volunteering at a youth leadership conference where he spoke about choosing purpose over comfort, legacy over shortcuts.
He challenged young people to live with intention, take ownership of their future, and not waste time driving with people who didn’t know their destination.
His words shook something in me—I saw the kind of leader, husband, and father I had always prayed for.
It wasn’t long before our lives intertwined. We shared the same foundation—faith, vision, discipline, creativity. We married quickly and began building our family. Life accelerated.
With a newborn on my chest and a 6-year-old by my side, I launched Louie Mae as a curated children’s boutique. It was a bold move—and the tension of postpartum, business ownership, and motherhood was real.
Between postpartum recovery, raising two little ones, and the steep learning curve of e-commerce, I made the hard decision to pause and give myself time.
A Pause That Prepared Me
Now, nearly three years later, I’m returning—refreshed, refined, and realigned.
I’m no longer the woman in survival mode—I’m now a stay-at-home mother of (almost) four, rooted in my calling, and finally ready to share what I’ve quietly nurtured all along.
I’ve spent these sacred years learning the quiet work: nurturing relationships with manufacturers, refining systems, studying business tools, and seeking God’s timing above all—— and now, Louie Mae is the fruit of those hidden years.
Louie Mae is a space where intention meets design, and faith fuels every decision.
Louie Mae is where beauty, resilience, and creativity collide. From artisan jewelry to children’s clothing, timeless home decor to pieces that carry generational weight—we curate not just products, but presence.
We’re more than a brand—we’re a story.
Thank you for being here. Whether you’re shopping for your home, your littles, or something that inspires your everyday—we pray you feel the heart behind every detail. May you leave this space feeling seen, inspired, and reminded of your own unique calling.
It’s our joy to serve you, inspire you, and walk this creative path together.
With deep gratitude,
Monica Alexandra Estimon
